Why is There Law and Justice?

Woman Beginning of Order

Woman’s Quest of Knowing Begat Disorder;
Disorder Begat Violence and Led to Laws

Satan’s deception to Woman, that she could be as God if she could obtain knowledge apart from God began the march into sin, chaos, disorder and death (Ge 3:1-7) {Ancient Battleground: Tree of Knowledge}. Woman raised her first son, Cain {Given of God}, to be the promised conqueror of Satan to return them to their pre-sin state; an impossibility (Ge 4:1-8). However, Cain descended into complete chaos and disorder and murder Abel, the Weak One, whom he was to protect when God chose Abel as patriarch instead of himself {God Offered Cain Control}. Cain left God’s presence and formed his own government in the Land of Wanderers {Nod}. Why, Laws?

Democracy: Antithesis of Justice

Democracy is NOT Justice

Populism-Democracy Reared its Ugly Head;
Overruling Law and Justice for Pragmatic Goals

President Trump’s term was capped the other day by a riot in the Capitol building that resulted in several deaths. First, since all informational services serve themselves, all details are submersed in propaganda messages: liberal and conservative; left and right; republicanism and socialism. No source is trustworthy. The only trustworthy message is that a riot occurred, it appeared to support President Trump, people died and President Trump was held accountable even by his own Vice President. Supposedly the people were having their say after the courts refused to hear any cases about voting corruption practices. The people, believing they were robbed of their voice, were going to have their say. Their message was lost in the midst of confused pandemonium and  government violence. This is the historical result of democracy: diminution of justice. Continue reading “Democracy: Antithesis of Justice”

Which Justice Does One Follow?

Government Laws Legitimized by Justice

Conservative Americans See Justice as Government;
Liberal Americans see Government as Justice Agent

In order to answer the question in our title, “Which Justice Dose One Follow?“, one must first define justice less we also violate the Law of Identity and conflate justice with whatever goal is desired; a common and often intentional error of politicians, reporters and so-called change agents. Merriam-Webster defines justice as, “…maintenance or administration of what is just especially by the impartial adjustment of conflicting claims or the assignment of merited rewards or punishments.” As impressive sounding as it appears this definition does not define justice; it simply kicks the can down the road by using the word, just. The reader still must read his, or her, own meaning into the definition. America’s Department of Justice (DOJ) defines its mission, “…enforce the law and defend the interests of the United States according to the law; to ensure public safety against threats foreign and domestic; to provide federal leadership in preventing and controlling crime; to seek just punishment for those guilty of unlawful behavior; and to ensure fair and…” blah, blah, and blah. Again, this is not a definition of justice, only rhetoric about enforcing government’s laws in a just manner. My son had the clearest definition, “To retaliate against those who break the laws of government equally;” or Lex Talionis, law of retaliation or claw though most often known as, “eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth.” Often quoted from the Bible (Ex 21:23–27) though no examples of its implementation are found; yet, it is a prominent feature in Hammurabi’s Law Codex. Hopelessness of the Force

Hopelessness and Fear of Pantheism

Ancient Paganism is Modern New Age Gnosticism
Ruled by Fate: Socialistic Slavery and Hopeless Death

Marriage of pantheism and science fiction (sci fi) in the Star Wars franchise has propagandized multiple generations into this great New Age characterized by the Hopelessness of the Force. Though these movies glossed over any real definition of what the Force was, or is; the underlying message was hopelessness and helplessness before those who could manage the Force {one never truly controls the Force}. The one supposed hero gives the alert viewer the truth: The Force feeds on the Hope of those who use it until all are defeated in fear and death. This is the true message of all the many forms of Pantheism: Gnosticism, New Agism, Transhumanism, etc. In ancient Mesopotamian culture this was called simtu, while today we follow the Greco-Roman tradition and simply call it Fate. This is the Force behind all Pantheisms; an inescapable Fate of Death: Nihilism at its best.

Justice or Nihilism

Schematic of Man’s Conception of
Good and Evil from the same tree

I read an article on Facebook in which a college-age woman confronted an open-air preacher asking why does not God just forgive everyone? To answer her question means we must understand the underlying assumptions hidden in her question. It is these types of questions many Christians cannot answer because they do not look at assumptions and implied consequences. Continue reading “Justice or Nihilism”

Social Justice: Gateway to Socialism

PostModernism: Bridge between
Social Gospel and Social Justice movements

In our previous blog, Roots of Social Justice: Social Gospel Progressivism, I discussed how the various movements between 1880-1920 coincided with and supported the Social Gospel movement to destroy the true Gospel and the Bible. Since the Bible is the only source of absolute truth, and values, many denominations were cast adrift on the seas of secular humanism and relative values. The abandonment of biblical absolute values segued into the search for relative meaning such as in the Beat movement of the 1950s and the Hippie movement of the 1960s. The result was the birth of Postmodernism which was the abandonment of God in favor of anything but God and its attendant increase in societal violence. Roots of Social Justice: Social Gospel Progressivism

Common Definition of Social Gospel
However, It’s assumptions were incorrect!

From Rousseau came the French Revolution which became the basis for Marxist Socialism {commonly misnamed Communism} that later became the Soviet Revolution. However, socialism did not begin nor end with violent socialism. In England as in America a Middle Way socialism came into being. It sprang from several springs nearly simultaneously such as Progressivism and the Social Gospel movement; however, these all merged into national socialism which was labeled the Progressive Era. America’s socialism hid behind the flag of two world wars and several minor wars before emerging as today’s Social Justice movement. Thus, while national socialism was defeated in Europe, Germany and Italy, it quietly grew stronger in America and its Western allies. Today the battle is not between liberty and socialism as some would have you believe. The battle is simply between flavors of socialism; i.e., national socialism or international socialism, commonly labeled as globalism.
