What America Learned from World War II

Upon his retirement from the United States Marine Corps, General Smedley Butler warned citizens of how their government used the military in support of the Progressive Era’s business-financial complex, as shown above. President Eisenhower, upon his retirement made a similar observation concerning the growing power of the military-industrial complex. American citizens ignored these experienced military leaders. The Progressive Era, after the Revolution of 1913, forged national socialism at home under the guise of World War I (WWI). However, many of these gains were rolled back when WWI ended. Even the Great Depression’s fostering of government expansion could not return to the heady days socialism achieved during WWI. However, between the world wars President Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR) forged a service to supply the missing ingredient to keep socialism from unraveling after the next war: World War II (WWII). Today’s coming Great Reset is a product of these forces which previous generations ignored and which today’s generation continues to ignore. Remember, there is only one rule: To win! The hubris of all societies is their absolute belief they alone possess absolute, inherent, common sense Truth! When this is coupled with religious faith, which all governments are based on religious beliefs governing their definitions of right (good) and wrong (evil), wars against differing beliefs are inevitable. Modern Americans guided in their beliefs by public educators whose sole focus is to teach what government deems to be true in essence prize ignorance above knowledge and slogans above intellectual comprehension. If the reverse were true propaganda would be much less effective. Today’s struggle of liberty versus equality appears new with the latest generation siding with equality, socialism, against the older generation confusingly siding with less equality and even less liberty. John Randolph of Roanoke (Virginia) whose quote is furnished above was not such a man. He spoke with clarity, eloquence and truthfulness. Perhaps if we were more educated in our own history we would be less susceptible to its rewriting by politicians and financiers shepherding us along to their Great Reset. Prior to Klaus Schwab’s Great Reset book, no one had envisioned resetting any society according to the dictates of the few; or had they? It has been over eighty years since the beginning of World War II (WWII) yet it remains shrouded in mystery and mythos. One of the most studied but poorly understood periods of world history because its implications are still reverberating today. Many vested interests working independently and/or collectively, hide their involvement by demonizing the one person who cannot defend himself; Herr Hitler. I postulate that Herr Hitler’s Germany was the first modern attempt to reset its society using the new digitalization developed in America. My last post, Fallacy of Scientific Method as Proof of God {Anything}, used the scientific method’s definition to prove that science was, is, incapable of discovery truth. At best the scientific method can only support a hypothesis until a single falsifiable outcome disproves the hypothesis. This is a problem as modern Man believes that science reveals undeniable, absolute Truths. Modern Man has built an understanding from the universe to the subatomic forces to even Man’s origins based on science; except, science by definition provides no such pathway to absolutism. Hence, Modern Man lives by faith which is known by the label of scientism. Man measures the empirical and extrapolates to the non-empirical without any proof that one gives reliable evidence of the latter. This is the world’s faith, the world’s religion, the world’s hope for eternal immortality apart from God. And this religion has a prophet; Dr Yuval Noah Harari. My previous post, Fascism: New Term for Old Government-Socialism, sought to cover Fascism from Adam to today from a government-centric perspective. However, this is also a modernistic bias cooked into our discussion. For most of human history, there were no differences in governmental forms, merely differences in ethnicities evidenced by religi0-moral forms; i.e., state-sponsored gods. This form reached its apex in the Roman Empire but remained seriously lacking in power and scope to Control the world. With the gradual collapse of the Western Roman Empire I believe Satan reset the entire Western culture which is today known as the Dark Ages or Medieval Period. From the Renaissance through the Reformation into the Enlightenment, Age of Reason, differing governmental forms appeared: republic-democracies and secular scientisms as nation-states. These antagonistic forms competed to determine which could discovery and apply technologies as well as advance the most vital aspect of any empire: fiscal control. The concept of The Social Contract has become the de facto justification for allegiance to government in the Modern Age, post Dark Ages through today. It coincided with the rise of the nation-state and grew out of the Enlightenment Age’s need to justify why citizens should accept this new form of government on the brink of the Industrial Age which would bring serfs prosperity, education and a greater participation in government. In other words, the Social Contract was simply Satan’s ploy to short-circuit the benefits of the Industrial Age and return people to slavery; or serfdom if one prefers a more polite word.
