Gas Lighting: How to Boil The Frog;
People Freely Choosing The Desired Goal
This builds upon the previous post, Propaganda: Illusion of “Elitist” Normalacy. This post discussed the Gaussian Curve distribution showing how people naturally divided themselves into at least three major categories: Below Normal; Normal and Above Normal. Before the Enlightenment and the Industrial Revolution, there were simply the majority Have-Nots and the Elites which included Controlling elements of the: Monarchy; Military; Religious and Trade facets of society. In this ancient model force was always a viable option. However, with the rise of the middle class force either threatened to destroy the very society one sought to Control or impoverished the society to such an extent that the Elitists were driven from Control. Was there a better way to gain Control without extensive use of force? Yes, gain the consent of those who wanted to Control. This began in the 19th century, struggled to find a practical methodology in the 20th century and is the means for realize the goal in the early 21st century. We use to call it, How to Boil a Frog but today it is simply referred to as Gas Lighting!
Gas Lighting is a technique for implementing subtle incremental changes that benefit you at the expense of others in such a manner that they do not know the changes are occurring until too late. This is a very ancient technique first seen in the Bible when Satan enticed Woman to doubt God’s actual command by slowly getting her to change what she knew to be true so she would achieve his goal voluntarily; even to her own determent (Ge 3:1-5; 1Ti 2:14)! The technique requires isolation of the target(s), control of information, and target’s willingness to doubt what he/she knows to be true. Difficult to achieve on isolated individuals, how does one Gas Light an entire society? The answer: Slowly, at first {Motto of the Fabian Society: Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing then When I Strike, I Strike Hard!
The Gaussian Curve is simply a convenient schematic showing how to move a large group along the continuum by making incremental changes in what is perceived to be true. Those believing themselves to be normal remain in the major distribution of the Gaussian, or Bell, Curve in relationship to each other because all are being subjected to the same influences. They believe they are remaining the same because their local friends, neighbors, and local institutions remain essentially the same. However, this is an illusion because they are being incrementally changed from the Top-Down and the Bottom-Up {Understanding the Balaam-Jezebel Effect.}.
Academia, Informational-News agencies and societal governing structures were being molded subtly along socialism’s continuum with each succeeding generation moving to a new understanding called modern! This was reinforced in schools realigning themselves according to John Dewey’s socialistic, psychologic approach to repatterining children. This received a major boost with the emigration of the Frankfurt School from Hitler’s Germany to America’s Columbia College to train the trainers of future generations. Plays, movies, television programs, and popular music all drove home the same message to various elements.
America’s Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) infiltrated informational-news outlets, Operation Mockingbird, guiding the public to redefine Conservative views from isolationist to war mongering interventionism; as one example. Public Relations, modernized by Edward Bernays under the title of, Propaganda, became the template to change America. Suddenly the Generation Gap became the explanation for why children were noticeably different from their parents. Psychology explained this in scientismic gibberish defining these differences as natural changes. Generations began to be named and later to simply be assigned a letter or a label: Baby Boomers and Gen Z for examples. Whole generations of entire societies were being Gas Lighted to embrace these changes in understanding being implemented at faster increments as normal.
The elders in one’s society were once considered reservoirs of wisdom and deemed valuable assets. Today, the elderly are labeled as demented, burdensome, foolish, worthless consumers of valuable resources at the expense of the youth and should be eliminated; compassionately, of course via euthanasia {Soylent Green.}. By the same token, society’s future generation is generally seen as burdensome also preventing young adults from realizing their full potential and should be reduced via abortion. Thus, wholesale murder of society’s future and wisdom reservoir are being eliminated voluntarily under the delusion of preserving scarce resources for the majority who remain: Needs of the Many Outweigh the Needs of the One, or Few {Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan.}.
However, this was turned on its head when the very next movie justified the opposite: The Needs of the One, or Few, Outweigh the Needs of the Many; which I submit is the true motive for the series {Star Trek: The Search for Spock.}. Socialism as instructed to each succeeding generation is about the needs of the collective, many, being greater than the needs of the individual; hence, each one should sacrifice some liberty and truth in order to advance everyone equally. However, in practice this is turned on its head as the Elites, the Few, value their needs above the Collective who are seen simply as useless Eaters or useful cogs in the necessary machinery necessary for the advancement of the Elites toward Control and Posthumanism.
In my life, America changed from a Republic, governed by law, to a Democracy, governed by the needs of the Many, and now to an Oligarchy, governed by the needs of the Few! The Collective who have regulated their elderly and their future generation into insignificance or death, are subservient to the media for guidance which is guided by the Elites. Once the Elites were of one’s own society; however, now the Elites Control governments and corporations based on ESG scores via financial investors such as Blackrock, Vanguard, etc. With the digitization of currency, they will Control everyone. They have been Gas Lighting this change since the introduction of Credit Cards then Debit Cards and now digital devices such as phones, watches and the promise of coming embedded digital chips. People are clamoring for these changes claiming them to be more efficient, instantaneous and futuristic.
Today the current generation is guided into thinking how smart they are as they speak volumes about matters they know next to nothing about except as they were instructed by their favorite informational-news-propaganda outlet. Their research consists of a quick internet search directed and guided by a few digital-informational corporations who receive their guidance from their financier-investor overlords who receive their instructions from Basel’s Bank for International Settlements (BIS) which also controls most governments central banks.
“What is the Matrix?” It is a system of Control. However, unlike the movie, AI, artificial intelligence, is not the boogeyman; it is those behind the AI who code AI how to think for you. They are robbing the youth of creativity, initiative and ability to analyze-synthesize information according to Truth. The Great Reset is the voluntary acceptance of Control by the majority supported by the mesh of their digital informational systems telling them this is the Way.
They do not have the sense to ask the question Pilate asked Christ, “What is Truth (Jn 18:37-38)?” Jesus is the Truth and the only Way to come to the Father, to have salvation (Jn 14:6). It was for this purpose He came into the world. Jesus does not Gas Light people into salvation; He appeals to them to find peace and rest in Him (Mt 11:28-30). The World lies and murders while it promises prosperity and longevity.
However, notice the Gaussian Curve beyond the third deviation, no one ever reaches the Goal of Being as God! People did not begin as Rousseau’s Noble Savage, another lie, and they will not find life beyond this existence without Christ. They are being blinded by the god of this world and willingly voting for their own destruction and encouraging their children, they choose to allow to live, to do the same (2Th 2:3-12). They are being Gas Lighted to their own destruction (Re 20:11-15).
