Americans have been taught by public education to believe that the United States was the home of the brave and by extension, the free. Public education, coupled with information control {Propaganda} has been the home of Gramsci-style Socialism throughout the 20th century while masquerading as free. Two great Socialism powers, America and Communist China {ChiCom} partnered to give a natural virus unnatural abilities. The basics can be found in Dr. Richard M. Fleming’s book, Is COVID-19 a Bioweapon? {Skyhorse Publishing. New York. 2021.}. “We have met the enemy and he is US” {This Day in Quotes. Pogo Comic Strip.}.

The chain of authority has a concept that those in authority represent those under that authority (1Ti 5:20-22). This is true in Scripture, it is true in the military and it is true of government. The sins of the fathers affect the sons, and daughters, to the third and fourth generations (Ex 20:5). Bureaucracies function under their elected representatives, usually Congress or the President {Federal} which makes the elected officials responsible for command and control. This is true of the National Institutes of Health {NIH} and its subordinate organizations such as National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) which employed Dr. Fauci, Chief Medical Advisor to the President. These government entities functioned on our behalf through the elected President. Thus, their actions implicated every single American in their crimes.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse, ignorantia juris non excusat. This is especially true in a republic government which elects people as their representatives. General Sherman’s attack on the South’s civilian population and industries rested on this concept. The Allies similarly justified their World War II (WWII) civilian bombing campaigns to slaughter tens of thousands of civilians under slogan, to win the war! Civilians were presumed guilty if they did not rebel against the Allies enemies. This also justified the first use of nuclear weapons; used by U.S. against civilian Japanese civilians to, end the war! When governments deceive, they first lie to their own citizens!

Dr. Fauci has been implicated in viral misconduct since the mid 1980s beginning with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)-Acquired Immunodeficiency Disease Syndrome (AIDS) linkage; or lack thereof and its subsequent disastrous treatments; which follow an eerily similar pattern to today’s Remdesivir total organ failure debacle. Dr. Fleming’s book details in easy to read and well documented footnotes that America has been involved in developing Gain of Function viral technology throughout the 21st century! Gain of Function (GoF) is the process of giving a virus a capability it did not possess nor could be expected to possess naturally. GoF research was halted for about a year in America due to concerns that some viruses could be created that would be have no natural enemies nor effective antibody treatments; i.e., the world’s population would be helpless should such a virus escape into the world.

As early as 2003, researched proved  that gene manipulation, GoF, was successful and this process was patented. The ChiCom were participating and in 2006, combined four target DNA segments into a RNA sequence to give viruses a GoF. The four viruses used: Hepatitis C; HIV-1; SARS-CoV-1 and SARS-CoV-2. Patents were granted in researchers in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) allowing them to profit from any work accomplished with their patented viruses but also all PCR {polymerase chain reaction} testing; testing which the inventor, Dr. Kary Mullis,  stated was invalid with the PCR procedure. Under the Bayh-Dole Act (1980) government researchers could patent and financially benefit from their dangerous and unethical research. This began a collaboration between government-pharma-financiers that guides treatments to best suit financial interests rather than patient outcomes! Financiers such as Mr. Soros, Mr. Gates {Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation} and the Rockefeller Foundation have contributed billions to guide the United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) but also governments such as India to link access to health vaccines to digital identification methodologies and digital currency access. All part of the Great Reset {Build Back Better} enumerated by World Economic Forum, a subset of the world’s central bank to government central banks: Bank of International Settlements (BIS). How does this research enter the realm of BioTerrorism?

According to the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) treaty it is a violation to develop, acquire, retain or produce any biological agent that has no justification for prevention or peaceful purposes {Fleming. Ibid. p.101.}. The U.S. Code {Chapter 10-175} makes it a criminal offense for American citizens to participate in such research. Yet, Dr. Fauci admits such research, “…will accelerate our understanding of the biology and pathogens is of microbes that be used in attacks…” (Fleming. Ibid. p. 29.). If biological attacks were not envisioned then why did the Department of Defense also fund this research, specifically utilizing Fort Detrick, America’s military chemical-biological research facility {The Secret History of Fort Detrick.}? The Nuremberg Code, which U.S. also signed, states, “The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.” What possible good can be achieved by changing an noninfectious into a highly infectious virus for which there is no protection? The most base reason is simply greed by individuals, corporations and financiers facilitated by governments with the promise of greater power! At no time in world history has the world’s population become the unwitting experimental subjects of nationally and internationally illegal experimentation without their consent nor for any conceivable good.

The forcing of vaccines of questionable efficacy, the withholding of effective and cheaper alternatives and the intentional obfuscation of intentionally dangerous research smacks of knowingly illegal conduct in the development of bioterrorism weapons. The forced inoculation mandates all the while the withholding of effective treatments has resulted in tens of thousands of deaths for personal gain. In any society this would be classified as murder.

The digital age held the illusionary promise of unlimited access to information and increasing liberty; however, it has become the means to worldwide enslavement with the enslaved’ s consent! The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are not God’s judgment unleashed on a sinful world; they are the result of intention dabbling of man in natural processes poorly understood believing they can do better than God (Re 6:1-8). God has been allowing them to create a world of their own design (Ro 1:18-28). This is the unleashing of disease, famine, false peace and wholesale deaths; in other words, a dystopia. This latest iteration is but a small sample of what awaits if these people continue their work unabated. Truly, then we will all be guilty and will have to apologize to those Germans executed by the Nuremberg Trials.
